Subscription

Please refer to Subscription terms and conditions to know more about the terms that shall govern your subscription. Subscription is exclusive for the Users who have subscribed. You shall not be given any unauthorized access or distribute or reproduce the Educational Content /Service (as defined in the Subscription terms and conditions) to a third party. In the event that GTWA  becomes aware of any Users giving unauthorized access to any third party or distributing or reproducing any Educational Content /Service to or any third-party channel or media, GTWA reserves the right to suspend or terminate the said User’s account with immediate effect.

Note: Each subscription will be valid till 31st december of that year if not stated otherwise.  

Refund Policy

Please read the subscription terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to any of the subscription plans, as once you have subscribed you cannot change, cancel your subscription plan. Once you subscribe and make the required payment, it shall be final and there cannot be any changes or modifications to the same and neither will there be any refund. Due to some unavoidable technical reasons it may happen that amount has been debited from user's account but same has not been credited to merchant's account. In that case you may write to us with transaction Id within 48 hours from the commencement of such transaction. Before making second payment please check your subscription status under 'My Subscription '. If you make successive subscriptions for the same item, first will get automatically cancelled & you will get the benefit of last subscription only. 

NB: Refund will not be entertained (if any) if you don't use your own email id and mobile number while making payment through payment gateway and you must use your own or your family members (connected directly to you by blood relation) payment sources/credentials in order to get refunds (if any).
